He took all the time my husband and I needed to get the right place for the right price. He was there for us when we needed to sell in a downturned market. And that is quite a recommendation. He found two houses for me and also one for my girlfriend. He worked tirelessly to beat the bushes for a house that fit my/her needs. In fact, when she couldnt find the house she liked, he found a "For Sale by Owner" that she loved and he negotiated a deal that made the sale although he received only half the commission. There were a number of items that surfaced during the home inspection that needed correction. Knowing that I was not in the house and had relocated, Jeff was able to secure the right contractors to assist. Contractors that the buyer was pleased with and were responsive. Another note was that Jeff was able to work with the buyers agent that in my opinion was demanding and was often lurking around the house without invitation.
